Frequently Asked Questions

Can I self-host SecureExec?

Yes. SecureExec is designed for on-premise deployment. All components run on your own infrastructure — no cloud dependency required.

How many endpoints can I connect?

SecureExec scales to any size fleet. Contact us to discuss your environment and we'll put together the right deployment for you.

What event types are collected?

SecureExec agents collect process create/exit, file create/modify/delete/rename, network connections, DNS queries, registry writes, and user logon events.

How does threat detection work?

The detection engine evaluates incoming events against configurable rules. Matches generate alerts with a severity level (low, medium, high, critical) and are stored alongside raw events for investigation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your data and self-hosted deployment remain fully functional.

Can I deploy on my own infrastructure?

Yes. SecureExec is designed for on-premise and air-gapped deployments. Your event data stays on your own servers — we never require cloud connectivity.

Still have questions?

Our team is happy to help you design the right deployment for your environment.
